About the role:
Responsible for handling an established team of telesales agents based out of Pune..
The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of the assigned revenue target (MOM & Yearly) and would be reporting to the Manager. Key Responsibility Areas:
Coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team of telecallers.
- Ability to implement focused sales tactics to achieve top line sales results for the organization.
- Identifying potential areas for grooming team members through regular assessments & mentoring.
- Handling escalations and helping team in converting sales
- Driving achievement of Sales Target of own area.
- Responsible for individual + team targets
Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. Monthly Incentives
