Designation- Executive / Associate Sr. Executive

Location- NOIDA
Reports to- Group Manager
Role-  Individual Contributor
Position Responsibilities
Role Objective
 The role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by marketing / selling e-courses to customers. It also involves maintaining client relationships with the existing clients.
Key Result Areas 
Accountability:
Making enhanced outbound calls ( Appx 80-100 calls) on leads provided by the company
Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of different Preparatory & Upskilling courses provided like Six Sigma, IFRS, CFA, DigitalMarketing etc
Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
Creating database of existing and new clients
Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
Adhering to quality standards


Search Specifications:
Education - Graduates/Post Graduates
Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English
People looking for a corporate exposure are encouraged to apply
Experience - 0 to 4 years of work experience in sales/business development/voice process
