Customer Engagement team of Jeevansathi.com engages with both free & paid members of jeevansathi.com to service them and upgrade their membership. The job is to reach out to various customers in personal meetings, explain them the product & its benefits, and service the client so as to derive maximum ROI for the client.
To focus on increasing customer engagement with jeevansathi.com & aim at higher revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships to new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Counseling profile holders of the Jeevansathi.
Upgrading & Selling Memberships.
Updating all details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management.
Meeting clients to achieve the assigned sales target.
