Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling high end customized products-Naukri Recruitment Solutions through extensive research (Jobsites/Google).
  • Interacting with B2B clients recruiters, corporate HR team members, consultants etc. 
  • Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research research .
  • New client acquisition and help them understand the various online solutions available with the business.
  • Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs.
  • Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirments and proposing the right solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
