Job Summary

To effectively and efficiently take Inbound calls & E-mails related to client queries, request, complaint & escalations, explain the product ingredients & pricing. To reply to their queries and resolve issues, if any and to ensure the quality of output and accuracy of information is maintained.

Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
  2. To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
  3. Address any problems/ grievances to the TL/AM/GM that may have a bearing on productivity or efficiency
  4. Act on the feedback given by TL/QA/QC on the coaching provided to the Team as guidelines for improving performance
  5. Adhere to HR policies (dress code, leave policy) etc.
  6. Working towards achieving goals as a good team player
  7. To complete required login hours on daily basis, maintain self discipline and attendance
  8. Schedule Adherence
  9. Attaining Quality Threshold with respect to quality assurance and critical errors
  10. Ensuring briefing schedules are adhered to and attaining Product test threshold

Required Skill Set
  1. Must have good Spoken & written communication skills in English
  2. Positive team player, should be able to collaborate with multiple internal teams
  3. Ability to work independently and under pressure
