Key Responsibilities :
- Rigorously coordinate with internal department/ teams/ to resolve servicing queries.
- Working on Calls (for inbound process)
- Handle 40-50 call volumes daily
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation for all the call
- Handle escalation cases with the help of retention procedure/tools
- Adhere Quality parameters and ensure compliance call
Note : The job location will be Noida Sector 132. Pick and drop facility available from Botanical Garden Metro Station.
