About the role:
It is a calling profile wherein the associate will have to assist the paid customer in searching jobs and setting their preferences. This position would be reporting to the Group Manager Operations.
To ensure activation of paid services on the basis of client interaction and inputs.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Responsible for making outbound calls of the paid jobseekers and resolving their concerns.
2. Rigorously coordinate with internal department/teams/branches to resolve the job requirement.
3. Working on the online systems and applications
KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role)
Ensure process stays within the defined norms
Maintain the compliance for CS & Jobmail raised request
Complaint % should not be more than defined in a month
Manage and resolve Escalations within the norms.
Note : The job location will be Noida Sector 132. Pick and drop facility available from Botanical Garden Metro Station for all employees.
Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
