Business Line : Client Servicing & Acquisition

It is a calling profile wherein the associate will have to reach out to corporate to get them on board with us.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring Jobs from Corporates
  • Assisting the POC in their job posting and response management
  • The role will also require identifying potential leads by sourcing HR managers/Recruiters from different social forums.
  • Increase recruiter activity of New acquired Companies and existing Companies

Key Skills:

Client Servicing, New Acquisition, Retention, Client Relations, Excellent English Communication , Basic Excel, Outbound calling

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate with zero to 2 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Understanding of basic Ms Office Excel and Internet
  • Target and challenge achieving personality
  • Should be a go getter and self-driven
