Experienced in all aspects of corporate recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, qualifying, screening, assessing, managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners, offer negotiation.
Demonstrable track record of direct sourcing of candidates
Skilled in working with senior business leaders, supporting and guiding them on hiring needs
A deep understanding of the core functions of Sales and Operations coupled with an enthusiasm to learn and engage with business teams. This experience should be gained from working either in or partnering with these functional areas.
Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
In this role you will partner with the functional business leaders and HR business partners as their creative and consultative recruiting partner.
You will expertly lead the search to find the best talent.
You will expertly lead the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, assessment and closing
You will partner with business leaders to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs
You will have a pulse on the trends in Sales and the dynamics of the candidate pool. Share this information with your business partners and modify your hiring strategy to best take advantage
You will be the recruitment subject matter expert, who continually demonstrates creative sourcing strategies
You will work consistently to ensure a great candidate experience
You will navigate and overcome any roadblocks in the hiring process through effective use of time and resources

Education: Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent
1-4 years of experience. A mix of in-house and agency/executive search experience is preferred
