About the role:
The incumbent will be responsible and involved in both Training and Sales process.
Main KRAs will be divided between both processes.
-- Audit -> Audit coverage, quality of audit, feedbacks given and feedback implementation
-- Training -> New joinees training / On-going training of existing team on various categories of courses
-- Nesting -> Mock call handling, Training on sales calls, follow-ups. Ensure new agents complete sales during nesting period, Take escalation calls of new joiners. Improve throughput time from nesting.
Mentoring & Sales
-- Responsible for achievement of the assigned revenue target (individual / team) (MOM, Quarterly & Yearly)
-- Coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team of counsellors
-- Ability to implement focused sales tactics to achieve top line sales results for the organization
-- Identifying potential areas for grooming team members through regular assessments & mentoring
-- Handling escalations and helping team in converting sales
Driving achievement of Sales Target of own area
