Key Responsibilities :
1.Deliver on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Business targets.
2. Direct selling to Universities and Colleges in USA & Canada region. Role includes New Business Development and Retention/Renewal Business.
3. Build & Maintain Key Account relationships. Client outreach & relationship management through Phone/Emails/Video calling. Meeting customers face to face while they are on India Visit/Events.
4. Following Systemic sales process From Lead generation to nurturing, making effective presentations to customers (both verbal & written), sales closure/collections and post sales service thereby ensuring repeat and referral business.
5. Needs to be adept at inter team/departmental working & coordination to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns & have complete control on customer delivery.
6. Manage, forecast and report sales pipelines. Ensuring 90% + accuracy in forecast to achievement.
