Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the exact needs of the customers and helping them understand the various online solutions and offerings.
  • Conceptualize & implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
  • Selling Online Classified /e-Advertisement / Subscriptions/ Web Space of the website through leads generation.
  • Understanding advertisement requirements of clients and proposing the best possible solutions/media concepts in the form of online listings, microsites and digital banners.
  • Promoting online branding and creating awareness of possible e-advertisements to the HNI clients for increasing profitability & revenue base.
  • Retaining & engaging clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups via calls & mails.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 6 months - 2.6 years of work experience in B2B Inside Sales /Telesales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal
  • Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills
  • Customer Centric Approach
  • Positive attitude and Willingness to learn and excel
