About the role :

Responsible for handling an established team of 15-30 associates based out of Noida. The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of the assigned revenue target and would be reporting to the Senior Manager.

Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Driving achievement of Sales Target of own area.
  • Setting up Sales targets, identify CTP (Critical to performance) & CTQ (Critical to quality) parameters.
  • Ensuring proper Campaign management (Dialer) by adequately staffing all campaigns to ensure zero wait time.
  • Hiring, coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team members.
  • Analyzing data trends and giving inputs for developing strategic sales plans.
  • Identify gaps/ possible improvements in processes & recommend solutions to address the same.

Required Candidate profile

Desired Experience:
  • Graduate/ MBA with 7-8 years of experience of which at least 4 years in B2C Sales.
  • Should have experience of working on Dialer/Campaign management.
  • The incumbent should have managed a team of telesales executives.
  • Should find more efficient and productive ways to achieve results.
  • See obstacles as challenges and approach them with a positive can-do attitude
  • Communicate openly to ensure transparency and prevent ambiguity 
  • Should be a problem solver and work against odds to make things happen when the situation demands so.
  • Identify new and novel ideas, solutions, or directions in dealing with daily situations. 
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales related data, solve problems, and propose solutions/take right decisions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
