Key Responsibility Areas:
- Identifying sales opportunities through extensive research (Jobsites/Google) thereby generating leads
- Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs
- Creating database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the database of the leads generated and make regular follow ups with them
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
