Interested Candidates should arrive at 10 am at B-36, 6 Floor, ETT Towers, Tower-2, Sec-132, Noida OPP to JBM School

  • This is a calling role and will involve multiple interactions everyday on calls.
  • Interact with customer, collect information or conduct follow-ups on calls.
  • Deliver targets on conversion percentage
  • Proactively follow- up on leads, be convincing and achieve conversion.
  • Perform individually as well as in a team.
  • Respond to queries from customers on calls.
  • Ensure the quality of calls comply with standards which are required.
  • Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation in the CRM for all the calls received or made.
