Job Description

Key Responsibilities of this role:
1. Responsible for managing and growing key accounts business for 99 Acres. Mining for additional business through continuous client engagement and client servicing.
2. Develop deep relationships with leadership team of Builders in the region. Also work closely with digital agencies, where needed to penetrate clients or upsell to clients
3. Lead business planning activities for the assigned accounts including quarterly business reviews and monthly reviews.
4. Effectively understand the needs of different clients and propose customized 99acres solutions that best address those needs. Developing a good understanding of share of spend for 99acres and effectiveness of other channels used.
5. Work towards improving sales processes related to training, account profiling, account monitoring, account delivery.
6. Partner with product development team to drive product innovation through understanding customer and industry trends/needs to ensure 99 acres continues to provide a powerful and differentiated value proposition for our key customers and continues to grow its market share.
7. Work closely with marketing, customer servicing, operations & SEO teams to maximize delivery to clients campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. The ideal candidate should have key account sales or key account management background in the digital advertising space with revenue responsibility, proven track record of winning strategic customers/signing strategic long-term partnerships, upselling and cross-selling various advertising products.
2. Possess strong communications skills (written & verbal), and have the ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, product, and market opportunities and challenges.
3. Ability to build and manage relationships with senior members in client organizations like CMOs and Promoters is a must.
4. Should be able to make and deliver impactful presentations to senior management members of the client organization.
5. Preference is for candidates with some experience of online/digital selling /digital agencies experience. However, smart candidates who possess the intellectual smarts to quickly learn the online piece, and have shown impact in growing key accounts in the past can also apply.
6. Experience in real estate industry in any form is NOT necessary
7. Proficient in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
