- Achieving individual and team sales targets through acquisition of new clients and servicing key and existing clients.
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 executives specialized in B2C consumer internet domain.
- Prepare plans & strategies for achieving monthly assigned business objectives proportionate to monetary targets.
- Building strategic relationship with different business stake holders
- Additional responsibilities includes training and motivating employees
- Managing the career growth and development aspect of the team members by driving focus on core values
- Effectively partner with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments to build productive working environment
