About the role:
Responsible for handling a team of corporate Sales executives based out of Hyderabad.
The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of the assigned team revenue target and would be reporting to Senior Zonal Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Managing sales and relationships with assigned Named/ Key Accounts.
- Achieving sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement.
- Effectively assessing the clients needs and proposing customized online recruitment solutions that best address those needs.
- Prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
