â¢ Candidate will have to handle Servicing/Listing screening team.
â¢ The job involves organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments, in addition to owning the production, NPS & quality KRAs for this team.
â¢ He/ She will manage performance measured on operations/business goals, and SLA metrics.
â¢ Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations.
â¢ Work with the Product & Tech team to build strong processes.
â¢ Guide and motivate team members to achieve daily/monthly targets.
â¢ Develop Structured Training programs for the team.
â¢ Develop strong relationships/communication with other departments.
â¢ Be able to demonstrate full knowledge of all processes.
â¢ Provide time-phased, qualified reports to team memberâs achievement and activities.
â¢ Liaise with other teams to achieve a common objective.
â¢ To submit weekly work in progress reports and ensure data is accurate for real time reporting.
