About the role:
Responsible for handling an established team of education sales consultants based out of Noida.
The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of the assigned revenue target (MOM & Yearly) and would be reporting to the Manager.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team of counsellors.
- Ability to implement focused sales tactics to achieve top line sales results for the organization.
- Identifying potential areas for grooming team members through regular assessments & mentoring.
- Handling escalations and helping team in converting sales
- Driving achievement of Sales Target of own area.
