About the role:
Customer Engagement team of Jeevansathi.com engages with both free & paid members of jeevansathi.com to service them and upgrade their membership. The job is to reach out to various customers in personal meetings, explain them the product & its benefits, and service the client so as to derive maximum ROI for the client. Job Purpose:
To focus on increasing customer engagement with jeevansathi.com & aim at higher revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships to new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively. Key Responsibility Areas:
- Revenue generation by selling high end customized product
- Achieving sales targets through fresh client acquisition and growing existing client base
- Counseling profile holders of the Jeevansathi.com
- Upgrading & Selling Memberships
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers
- Meeting clients to achieve the assigned sales target
Note : Vehicle and Driving License is mandatory.
Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,75,000 P.A.
