Key Responsibility Areas :-
This is a calling role and involves multiple client interactions
and acquiring customer information
to scale up the online property advertisements
on the Business Unit i.e. 99acres.com
- Identifying new prospective users and educate them about the benefits of using 99acres and help them to register on the website by proposing value adds.
- Acquiring respective property details from the customer and posting their advertisements digitally.
- Cross verification of details already listed to enhance conversions and overall customer experience.
- Ensure productivity by converting the acquired customer into advertisements .
- Ensure the quality of calls comply with standards which are required.
- Liaison with various internal stakeholders and teams including Sales, Data Management, Operations to ensure effective customer satisfaction within defined timelines.

Required Candidate profile
- Candidates with 6 month 24 months experience into client handling and customer facing roles will be preferred.
