About RMS ( Enterprise Cloud Solution):
Naukri.com is developing a new product to provide a new age recruitment solution in the cloud - Naurki RMS. This product will automate end-to-end hiring process, right from requisition to offer and is poised to be a disruptive force in the Indian recruitment space.
For enterprises, this product will help in getting away from traditional methods of using excel/e-mail for recruitment; which severely impacts quality & speed of hiring, productivity of teams, and result in ineffective collaboration among stakeholders with broken visibility of hiring status. This product will also help enterprises in effectively executing, managing & tracking referral programs.
For recruitment consultants, this product will help in sourcing quality talent with high speed, maximizing candidate reach & improving each recruiters productivity manifold.
RMS, as a platform will enable:

Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Selling online enterprise cloud recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media and other channels.
- Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
- Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Be an evangelist for Naukri's Enterprise Cloud products and services
