About the role:
Responsible for handling an established team of 15-30 associates based out of Noida. The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of the assigned revenue target and would be reporting to the Senior Manager. Key Responsibility Areas:
- Driving achievement of Sales Target of own area.
- Setting up Sales targets, identify CTP (Critical to performance) & CTQ (Critical to quality) parameters.
- Ensuring proper Campaign management (Dialer) by adequately staffing all campaigns to ensure zero wait time.
- Hiring, coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team members.
- Analyzing data trends and giving inputs for developing strategic sales plans.
- Identify gaps/ possible improvements in processes & recommend solutions to address the same.
