  • Prior 6-9 years of experience in ITES / Contact Center Domain in people handling role.
  • Lead a team of 15-25 inside senior sales executives for B2C Internet Ad sales business
  • Continuously Review and monitor team’s performance in a very fast paced and evolving business
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and sales targets
  • Flexible, with ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go beyond when needed.
  • Ability to express thoughts logically and concisely.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Drive continuous improvement of team’s performance and team efficiency across all channels –Chat Support, E-mail and upselling and Call me back RFI’s
  • Develop a professional Sales team through role modelling, leadership and coaching.
  • Strategizes, develops, implements and monitors action plans to support execution with excellence
