Job Profile -
- Audit content and identify suspicious triggers which are potential threats
- Review & address grievance/ complaints/ query emails
- Review queued listings/transactions and independently determine if the reviewed listings are fraudulent or legitimate
- Apply Due Diligence for critical decisions related to Content/ clients screened
- Escalation/complaint management for Internal/ External clients on call as well as Email.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Data Recording & Reporting

Required Candidate profile
- Should be intellectually sharp and have strong reasoning abilities
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be a quick learner with an ability to grasp new concepts and technologies
- Should be Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Should have a fair working knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Qualification - Preferably Maths/ Economics / Statistic graduates
Experience - 1-3 yrs. Pref for candidates with Escalation/ Grievance management, compliance or fraud detection.
