Job Summary

To effectively and efficiently take Inbound calls & E-mails related to client queries, request, complaint & escalations, explain the product ingredients & pricing. To reply to their queries and resolve issues, if any and to ensure the quality of output and accuracy of information is maintained.


Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA’s)
  • To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
  • Address any problems/ grievances to the TL/AM/GM that may have a bearing on productivity or efficiency
  • Act on the feedback given by TL/QA/QC on the coaching provided to the Team as guidelines for improving performance
  • Adhere to HR policies (dress code, leave policy) etc.
  • Working towards achieving goals as a good team player
  • To complete required login hours on daily basis, maintain self discipline and attendance
  • Schedule Adherence
  • Attaining Quality Threshold with respect to quality assurance and critical errors
  • Ensuring briefing schedules are adhered to and attaining Product test threshold

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 3 yrs of Experience in Backend/Customer Service
  • - Must have good Spoken & written communication skills in English
  • - Positive team player, should be able to collaborate with multiple internal teams
  • - Ability to work independently and under pressure
