Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a budding Brand Manager to join our Marketing team - In this position, you will play an integral role in taking to the next level of growth

Key Responsibility Areas:-

  • Create brand positioning platforms and generate effective communication plans across ATL, BTL and Digital Media
  • Plan strategies and execute marketing plans to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
  • Devise optimized marketing mix & execute brand plans with timelines and cost effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with advertising agencies and research agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand and work on campaign idea development & creative production
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insights
  • To carry out relevant consumer researches/ market analysis in order to help carve out strategy in order to meet business objectives
  • Conduct regular brand health studies to track brand awareness, trials & usership vis a vis competition. To draw marketing plans basis the results of brand tracks in order to drive brand growth

Required Candidate profile

Professional Qualification:-

  • MBA from Tier 1 Institute,
  • Overall 6+years experience post MBA
  • Overall 3+ Years in a Brand Management role with experience in Brand Strategy and Planning , must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an Consumer Products/E-comm environment
  • Proven expertise around consumer insights and market intelligence
  • Experience in multiple specialty areas: ATL, Digital Branding & Social media, Innovation and Alliances would be preferred
  • A balance of sound creative judgement & analytical skills
  • Detail Orientation, High Bias for Action & Self Awareness
