- Lead and manage a team of 6-10 inside sales associates in B2C consumer internet ad sales domain
- Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
- Manage the career growth and development of the team by driving focus on Core Values.
- Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.
- Preparing plans & strategies for achieving monthly/weekly assigned targets
- Taking up team huddles & handling escalation scenarios
Salary: INR 4,50,000 - 7,00,000 P.A. Fixed + Incentives
