1- To manage the existing Customer Support team members, in order to effectively handle new and existing (B2B) corporate clients.
2- Providing post sales services to clients by giving welcome call and delivering online (WebEx) product training sessions.
3- Maximize the effectiveness and team efficiency for increased talk time through outbound calls to the customers.
4. Rigorous reviews in terms of number of calls made, type of accounts covered, calling pitch with WIIFM etc
5- Preparing plans & strategies for achieving monthly/weekly assigned target
6- Training & mentoring new team members
7- Taking up team huddles & handling escalation scenarios.
8- Call barging and giving regular feedback to the team members in order to help them improve the call quality.
Salary: INR 4,75,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. fixed + bonus
